Michael at Peak Roof Solutions made the entire roof replacement process incredibly easy, simple and fast. From the beginning, he conducted a thorough inspection, took pictures highlighting damaged areas, and determined that the damage would likely be covered by insurance. He walked us through the claims process, step by step, submitted everything with us, and even met the insurance inspector at our home- getting up on the roof to clearly show the damage and advocate on our behalf.
Once the claim was approved, things moved quickly. Within just 5 days, his crew was on site and ready to go. Throughout the project, Michael kept me informed by sending photos of the progress, including areas where water damage was found, which I really appreciated.
The finished roof looks beautiful, and the quality of work is outstanding. It's clear this is a job that will last for many years. I highly recommend Peak Roofing Solutions for their professionalism, communication and excellent workmanship
